    found in my granddads work shed, he was born 1860s worked in leather trade. from the age of 13 .he died in 1947, i cleaned and freed up all working parts.

      Not real sure from the pics but it looks like a machine we used to use to emboss letters on dog tags or maybe on plastic cards. just a guess.......

      IT LOOKS LIKE IT FOR EMBOSSING LEATHER TRY IT ON PAPER IT SHOULD HAVE A DEPTH AJUSTMENT
