Got this cup today. Pretty sure its called sandwich glass but not sure of pattern. I love clear glass made like this so if anyone can tell if it is real sandwich glass please do so.

This is a rather long article. There are three or four glass companies that made 'sandwich' glass. I don't think the bottom pattern on your cup is a sandwich glass pattern. Like I said there's so many. So I really hope this helps:

some folks recognize this style as "sandwich" glass; tho' that's a fairly modern interpretation. This cup appears to be the 'American Concord' pattern by Brockway, and was widely distributed in Duz detergent back in the day.
