I am unsure of what era or origin. It is 510 mm high 165mmm×120mm at the base. It is hollow, like a vase. Stamped 700 18 and a hand painted .13

Thank you kyratango, could it really be that old, I have looked and I cannot find any other marks other than underneath.
Of course it is that old! Amazing good state too, with all these small parts intact :-)
