    A beautiful Jeanette Uranium Vegetable Bowl with Lid. 7 5/8" Across. Done in the Green Floral pattern, also known as the Poinsettia pattern. True Depression Era glassware made from 1931-35.

      Okay, clicking on the photo, I could see the pattern better -- the blooms do look like poinsettias, I guess, but those leaves look rather like another plant, lol. Very pretty piece and a great shade of green! :)

      Thanks Katherine. I took it to a lady, she had a book and we made a positive ID. I do agree that the pattern is slightly odd, but that's what the book calls it. You probably know how weird the glass companies were with some of the names.

      Oh yes, funny you should say that. I posted a piece here that TallCakes IDed as one thing, the same company issued it again years later and called it something else entirely, another pattern they made which didn't look anything like it. Strange!
