    Bretby Nursery Lamp

    If you collect Victorian fairy lamps, I am sure you are familiar with the wide range of figurals used as nursery lamps. Most are happy figures designed to bring a smile to a child's face. Some, however, you have to ask yourself "What were they thinking?" The Bretby "Werewolf" or sometimes called the "Hissing Cat" is such a design.

    If you like pottery, this is one to add to your collection. For me. however, I prefer "fancy glass".
