My third find for today is this large carved cinnabar ring. I'm fairly sure all these rings came from the same owner. They all have the same faint smell of Taboo or some such perfume. This one appears to be older possibly even Victorian. The band has a worn gold finish with a dull grey metal under that. There's a repair to this one as well, showing a bit of solder on the inside of the band. Not a bad day at all in the jewelry department. -Mike-

Not a bad day at all! This is a lovely carved piece.
My favorite is the silver/sapphire/ maybe diamonds ring.
This is actually my fave Mike....different and Asian -ish.

Not sure if this is real or not Val, but it sure makes a statement. Isn't cinnabar suppose to be poisonous so it's banned from export ?? Read that somewhere. Definitely not a ring pop...lol
