Etched inside and out. Hand painted. Base of foot is not glazed. Approx 10" across the top. Any clues, anyone?

Thank you! No markings at all on the bottom. It's so detailed, I loved it, but have no information on it.

im thinking that this is a very modern modern piece , like a new piece made in the last 10 years.

I have had it longer than that, and just "rediscovered" it after having it wrapped and tucked away for awhile, but I think you're probably right about it not being too old. Just not accustomed to seeing so much hand detailing in modern times! ???? Wondering if anyone had an idea of who would make something like this?
