thank you, but i cannot find one exactly like mine anywhere? bummer
I am fairly new to these machines myself, having just acquired one last weekend. Mine is the same year/model. It is a Vendo 63. They started making them in 1959 for 1960 and went through to the 70's, I believe. Based on the serial number you listed it was made in July of 1960. The first number of the serial number is the year, the second two numbers are the month. The last 5 digits are the actual serial number.
You may not find one that looks "exactly" like your as they are often re-painted.
The site that SSmoothie linked to is a great resource and will have tons of information. Asking questions in their forum (http://soda-machines.com/discussions/index.php) will definitely get you some solid answers.
Hope that helps.
thank you for the info, i learned a lot, LOL, i will surely research more this weekend =] blessings ~vik
