    This is a very rare antique model ratchet screwdriver, marked "YANKEE NO. 10 NORTH BROS. MFG. CO. PHILA. PA. U.S.A. PAT.NOV.20.97, MAY.1.06" on the handle ferrule area that has the direction selector switch on it. It measures 8" long overall,

      Love it -- My Dad had one. You could move the switch in order to which direction you wanted it on. In the middle it was solid. I used to play with my dad's tool and things. I remember this well. I have to look IF I have my Dad's ( RIP ) screwdriver like this. Thanks for the Post and the memories !!!!
