A friend did some research on the Madonna and Child statue. It's a 1950's copy of a 1871 marble statue by Raffaelle Monti. She says it's Parian Ware, made of bisque porcelain to resemble marble. Madonna is wearing a wedding ring. That seems odd to me. I've never noticed a ring on other Madonnas. I'll have to look next time I see one.
