Found in the late seventies in Poughkeepsie, NY. As you can see in the photo, has the Ball logo on the bottom of it. Bottle has a seam, but after trying various combinations of flask, Ball, A4, volumetric and the number code on Google for two hours I'm no closer to figuring out what this is. My mother found it as a child and wishes to know what it's for/from. Tried looking for every type of Ball glass made and only returned jars. Any light that may be shed on the subject would be greatly appreciated.

Weird! I think it was made under contract of another product at the BALL glass works. Think the under scroll came in in 1933. Why am I commenting?!!! I don't know anything about BALL glass!
