Looks like a typical terracotta and glazed figure from the 1950s or 1960s. There are many, many of these still around.
Your picture is rather dark, and doesn't enlarge. You can post four pics, would be helpful to get more information.
on the bottom of her is american children 363 spilling milk on the oppisite side with a magniying glass i can see what looks like eithier a O or a 0 not sure which
