This is really quite a lovely and unusual Welz tri balled ribbed vase, the shape of the rim is quite different to anything I have seen as well as the colour..
It stands just under 4.1/2 inches...or...110mm tall...by... 4.1/2 or 11omm.....doesn't sound big but it actually is a good size and looks bigger than it sounds.
The luscious! and almost solid pink fading to clear may be just a tad duller than showing but! it is actually not a tooo! bad a likeness!

Although I am not sure of the relevance of the comment above, the three balled vases made by Harrachov since the middle of the nineteenth century are distinctly different from Welz production in two ways. A quick look at examples of both makes that surprisingly obvious.
Harrachov balls are solid glass. Welz designs are hollow.
Harrachov balls have a smooth iridescent surface. Welz have a ribbed exterior with a spiral pattern.
