This is an unusual find. What is it and how old?

It is constructed of a thin, almost gold foil with tan enameling and marked 14K and marked GH inside a circle. My best guess is that it is a ring that would have been sold to the not so wealthy a long long times ago.

The enamel pattern on it is two crescent moons back to back with a flower shape in between.
