Hum. I have never seen a bottle with a leather wrap. Let alone a leather neck collar with a chain. This one is 7-1/2" tall 4-1/2" wide 2" at mouth and 4" at the bottom. The bottom is stamped made in Italy. The neck wrap looks older than the body wrap but it fits. So cool!!

I think it might be a Decanter -- just a guess. Those italians like to make some cool beverage items. See my Italian wine Bottle with leather too

I just found one of these today just like yours! Leather, chain and made in Italy stamp.My first thought was decanter as well, but having a hard time confirming.
