This is an oil painting by Peter Price 1975 who was a local artist in Dorset, UK until his death.
I am just wondering if it is worth getting this re-framed as from what I can see this doesn't lie flat, I am not sure if that is how it was framed originally. I know it needs to be professionally cleaned as well.
