Not much to say about this. I found it in a cabinet. No markings on it at all. Information would be great.

this cold painted treatment is known as goofus glass. This particular pattern is often attributed to Indiana Glass and called 'Roses In The Snow'; tho' I can't seem to find a confirmation for that.
