    This is my veitnam helmet as you can see it is in good condition the pics are the helmet with liner second one shows a name written on the band (tom) the third shows the liner the last one shows the shell itself

      I need to know more about this item i have a question by the way the shell has a number in it 603 i want to know what that stands for and what era the shell itself comes from.

      Your helmet cover is much later-- BDU era of the 1980s.

      Worn by some regular Army units until the late 80s and into the 1990s by some NG/ Reserve units.
