    I believe it says "Johnston and Shipley just behind the motor. Anyway I can't find any information on the car. It definitely does not look like the typical dragster. I am thinking perhaps it could a be a salt flats racer. Those are not the typical dragster tires.
    Along with it I have the Similar Dragliner. The description of which is in the last photo. Dragliner is from the Wally Parks Drag Racing Museum in Pomona.
