    This cake plate belonged to my great great grandmother, I have not been able to identify the maker or date it. Any help would be appreciated. It is clear glass and measures 9.25" wide and 6.75" Tall.
    It is simple with only an edge detail.

      these plain salver can often be difficult to accurately attribute. I think this one is a 'Crystal Wedding Variant' (#114) by O'Hara Glass c1875. I have a similar variant of this pattern somewhere that has the same stem but the gallery of the plateau has more detail with the same rope/cord detail at the bottom edge as you have shown here.
