    Hello just found this item in the attic and know it is a Staffordshire figure and that's about it, d'ont know age or title or who the figures are meant to be etc.
    looked all over the internet and cannot see another one so thinking it could be rare
    its approx. 13"x 8"
    Any info welcome.

      Most of these 'bocage' groups are recorded ... I found this description of another on the net that seems to fit the bill ...
      "A 19th Century Staffordshire Pottery spill vase modelled as a Scotsman holding an axe, protecting a sleeping young woman from a serpent (restored)."
