Swivel white leather chair (H 34" x W 36" x D 36") with ottoman, fiberglass moulded shells. Purchased new 1968, from Co-ordinated Interiors, Inc., Detroit, MI.

There are a number of high end auctions that would know more. Rago for one. A lot of them hold designer auctions esp around the time of these items manufacture.
