Up for your viewing pleasure. Four coca-cola items. The first seems very old the thing that's cool is it says "Pure and Healthful". I only know the date for the color ad, 1953. I would love to learn the age of the other 3. The coke opener has I believe the front has STARR stamped on the bottom bracket. The opener has a number 4 and MADE IN USA on the back. The second photo is a brewery guide, I have no idea of how old the guide is. Any information would be great, or even a website to help me. Thanks!

Watch photo #3. Reproduction are out there. The real one are smooth, while the reproductions have a rough feel.
Thanks for the information and the comments.
