    Hi!
I purchased this unit at an Estate Sale and I have researched it every way I can think of and Nothing...
    Dormeyer Air Filter.
Just trying to get some info.....
    Has anyone seen one?
The power cord looks to be factory "Rolled" and never used.
Please let me know if you have any info.
    Thanks!!!
    Rick

It's got some lamps in it? Maybee uv? Did you plug er in? I've never sen anything like it. Maybe the patent was denied?
    2. rickday, 8 years ago
Yeah I did plug it in and it did not power up. Appears to me it may have never been used. I'm sure it does not have much value I just thought it was very unique. Good conversation piece anyway.. lol. This had to be one of the first air filters...don't you think?
      Thanks!!!

I think this is the same company that was noted for their mixers...

Yes. I just did some clickity clicking and found they made many household items in the 50's including power tools for dad. They used that cool 50's blue time again. Amazing that a colour alone can realistically date an item.

Yeah...I found some products they produced however I was unable to find this one...

Clean the air? IN the 50's?? How absurd.

ahh, an ozonator. Positively charging dust particals to attach to your 'grounded' negative walls. Good find antiquerose. This item seems way ahead of it's time.

Love that color. I am a sucker for old electronics like this.

I can't look at that colour without thinking about my grandparents. It's very psychosomatic for me.
