Does anyone know what kind of lamp this is. I don't think it is mercury glass, but I'm not positive. I've been searching the internet for years and haven't seen anything like it. It is glass.

Hi there, I'd say a 1940's matte mercury glass lamp, myself. Cool shape! Here is an example that has some similarities to yours, although it has a glossy finish: https://www.1stdibs.com/furniture/lighting/table-lamps/turquoise-mercury-superb-1940-italian-lamp-metal-base/id-f_736647/
Maybe a closer image of the glass in a brighter light might help with the I'd, too?
