Received some pieces of Gabriel Pasadena from my Great Grandmother. I'm wondering what pattern this is and if anyone knows anything about the history of it. Not finding anything when I search the web.

Gabriel China was the name used on dinnerware by Winfield Pottery from 1947 until they closed in the early 1960s.
A little more information - Gabriel was the last name of the owners of Winfield Pottery in the 1940s. In 1946, the Gabriels made some sort of arrangement with American Ceramics of Santa Monica for them to use the Winfield name and produce many of the Winfield dinnerware lines. The Gabriels continued making other (and some identical) Winfield dinnerware patterns in Pasadena until 1962, inscribing their products "Gabriel Pasadena".
Pattern is shown on Replacements but un-named, referred to only as GAB8. The pattern name is likely the same as the name of the plant pictured. Maybe someone here will know what plant that is. You could try to show it to a nursery person.
