This is one of the last series of Mickey Mouse watches made by Ingersoll(Timex). these were manufactured from the later part of 1970 through 1971.Ingersoll had the rights contract with Disney from 1933 thru 1971. Oddly enough this was also the first of the battery powered Mickey watch. Thanks for looking, hope you enjoy
