This one is a die-cast Case 930 tractor made by Ertl Toy Co. It is 1/16 scale.
The first Case 930 model in 1963 by Ertl had die-cast rims front and rear. This has the die-cast rears and plastic fronts so it would be a 1965 release. Front wheels steer and has a hitch to pull your farm implements.

Another nice one!! My oldest son is 21 now. Between us and his Grandparents, he has a lot of Ertl farm toys since he was old enough to push one across the floor. We have them all packed away in the attic. He'll appreciate them more when he has kids of his own one day. He even has a Kubota peddle tractor that's made by Ertl.
That's cool. Can't go wrong with farm toys.
