any assay marks on the pin etc sometimes they are very hard to see without a good magnification i have to use a 45x jewellers loupe with a light it makes so much easier at identifying the marks it is quite a stunning piece.
look under where it says silve rit looks like there is a stamp inthe photo

As far as I know this is an example of antique Chinese enameled gold filled silver.
As you google on this subject you will find more examples.
