Art glass is not my strong suit, and would welcome any and all comments, direction and coaching in regards to such beautiful objects which would only help me to understand and appreciate them more.

I'm sure TallCakes will be able to help you ID the covered bowl. Maybe move it to the first spot in your photos so he picks up on it.
I have no idea about your bird, other than it is great.

the compote is a 'King's Crown' reproduction by Indiana Glass c1960s, and was made in various colors. This pattern was widely reproduced by several glass makers. The original maker was Adams & Co. c1891 and called 'Excelsior' or 'XLCR'.
