I can't find a pig like this anywhere for comparison. It seems to be a piggy bank. No exit for the money though. Its barrel shaped with a long hollow snout. Its approximately 180mm long,110mm in height and 75mm wide ( back end ) The only marking I can find on it is a incised V at the end of its snout ( underneath. ) Very pastel green in colour with brown ' freckles. ' Very smooth feel to it.

Nicefice, I've never heard that expression, but luv it! I was introduced to these strange creatures while going thru aviation school in LA (Lower Alabama). They were always on the side of the roads with their legs up in the air! LOL!!

Nice, I spent some time in Texas, but they finally had to release me! Mon, me knew Lone Star, but never tried "Shiner". C'est bon?

Yeah, I figured! Haven't been in that area since the mid-80's.

We had one of these some time ago - 80's maybe. The ex had a habit of attracting strange pottery. By the time the bank was filled, you'd be so sick of looking at it, you'd break it to get the money out.
