This is a "stock" pattern knife or "premium stock knife". The legend "Texas Stock Knife" is for marketing purposes. At the bottom of the longest blade there should be a name stamped into the flat area there. This will be the manufacturer. The pics are dark but it appears that there are no bolsters at the ends of the handle and the rivets are set in small washers, making them "birdseye" style rivets. if this is the case this is likely a European knife rather than American. The HANDLE is six inches long, with the blades closed? That is a BIG knife.

      Very nice knife!
I love how it has three different types of blade, the clip point (the longest), the sheep or lambfoot (on the other end), and the Spey blade next to the clip.
The "IXL" should be "I*XL", and this means your knife is a special one.
Read about the maker and that mark here:

A special knife with a great history.
