Another Goodwill find:
I'm still working out what this is exactly, or which animated incarnation (if any) this is from. It is laminate over art. The upper torso, arms, head, and book are on the laminate while everything below that and the background are on paper. So it's an animation cell.
It doesn't have any punch holes on the bottom or any markings on the back. So I'm torn between whether it's a retail cel or an actual cel...
Anyone know anything about things like this?
