I was in rush yesterday and didn't get a chance to comment on this one. He's awesome looking!!! Absolutely incredible! Can't image why someone would take something as amazing as this to the GW.

Couldn't answer why some people get rid of things like this. But sure am happy I was there to snatch it up :)
Most of the time fragile things like this get broken in the thrift stores.
But I got lucky that someone handled this gently.
One time there was a Steuben clear glass snail and it was broken in 3 spots....broke my heart to see that :(

I agree they are hard on things.
They have taken all the jewelry (hardest thing to see) out of our stores. The finds are getting really hard here. I think they are trying to put everything on-line. :( The hunting soothes my heart and gets me out of the office and I really enjoy it!!
I guess I should add that's it's for charity and as much as we enjoy it I do appreciate the money going to those in need.
