Teapot measures 6" diameter X 7" High. Sides covered with a brick-like work that has trailing ivy vines going up them. Top rim has a flower decal on both sides. The bottom has a lot of information: Drip-O-lator, Trade mark registered US Patent Office with a long number. Then says Enterprise Aluminum Company, Massillon, OH. Says, Superior Quality Kitchen Ware.

I am sure it has to be at least 80 to whatever years old. Is it valuable or rare or what should I know?

The coffee pot was made by Hall China. The metal insert that held the coffee grinds was made by the Enterprise Aluminum Company.
