Here are a few pinbacks of mine that I'm still trying to figure out what they represent. One is of a younger female In Mint like shape from the Whitehead & Hoag that I think my be Girl Scout. The other is a little larger that reads " Trap the Eagle" with a eagle that looks to be caught in a trap. I was hoping someone might know. If anyone knows please share I'm hoping PP might know.

The 1st is a 1924 Girl Scouts Of America button,
The Eagle I'm not so sure about I have a few thoughts but learned if you don't want to sound stupid Don't say anything, SO I research my thoughts a bit more 1st
      :) Peace

Time to sound stupid: I found some reference in old books but they just don't seem to fit, I thought either Worthpoint or Hakes would have something but nope, Native Americans had several types of Eagle traps that again don't seem to fit, My only thought is maybe it was made when we were trying to repopulate the Bald eagle?
If I find out anything worth saying I will be sure to post it
      Peace

Are not American Eagles a protected bird, as were near extinct?? Could they have trapped the ones they could to put them in a habitat where they were safe and could breed? I think I learned that in school.
