This one came in the same large lot of old bottles bought at a garage sale. I didn't have time to go through them asking questions. The seller was practically giving them away for free, i was afraid he'd change his mind =)

I don't know what this bottle's purpose is, its age or maker. I've never seen one like this. Any information is appreciated. Thank you.

I was thinking the same thing...talcum powder. If you have a lot of bottles I think one of the best sites to go to is "Digger O'Dell". Do a search on that and you'll spend a good amount of time there. Tons of info.

After Shave perhaps. Talc was usually in a tin.

The maker was Glass Containers Corporation. No idea what it was used for.
