What is the difference between bent knee and jointed knee? I'm looking for an appraisal and or more info. for a friend for this collection. Some are Alexander~kins (mostly the "Little Women") The prices seem to be all over the map. Let me know what you all think, thanks!

The price range you see is that the first ones always sell for more and none of yours are the early Alexander-kins or Wendy- kins often referred to as both names

I just acquired a Thailand doll 8" Madame Alexander, she has Wendy face, bent knees, very dark complexion and is anatomically correct. I have hundreds of these dolls and never found this before. Her costume was missing pants and hat, but the top is solid gold, no multicolored top. She is nearly unplayed with, near perfect hair and new looking gold shoes. So I estimate 1968 or so. Any comments would be welcome.
