Lot of engraving tools and ect. Made of wood and metal. Some are made in France, England, USA, and Canada. Bought these from a man who had lots of tools and such. Not sure what year these are from.

I think they were for both....he had so many tools.

The ball handled ones look like common wood carving tools, older ones for sure.
The curved files in the last photo look like babbitt files/scrapers.
