We have Tuxedo set of Mah Jongg Parker Bros. Copywrite 1923. Will you estimate worth.?
About 3 years ago I purchased a Parkers Bros Mah Jongg 1923 set. My set was probably one set down as it came in a beautiful heavy, designed carbard box with a snap cover and 4 small boxes of the mah jongg tiles. My tiles are not discolored in any way, the tiles are wooden with a bakelite top. Are yours wooden underneath the design? I have 144 tiles with counting sticks and dice. I payed $55.00 for it then. It was Parker Brothers answer to making the game attractive and yet more affordable for people.
