An old porcelain slipper bedpan. Its in very good condition and in my opinion is just brilliant to look at! Common yes but to think what taught was put into designing this! Can you imagine someone displaying today's version as an attractive item!!????
The modern hospital ones are nasty corrugated pressed cardboard.
That's my point everything made back then was made to last but also had style of its own as if made with pride.
