This mounted vase was posted on ebay. It's metal mount has the shield of Monaco. The pontil is polished and the color is sooo beautiful. It resembles loetz, but I am not an expert. I have seen similar decor, but hesitate to attribute. Any input would be greatly appreciated!

...my reasoning is based on both the color, and on how the pulled decor is done...much more Kralik in style than Heckert's Changeant, in my opinion...
