The Staffie is from the 2008 Leonardo Collection - Walkies!
The penguins are copyright 1992 by Tanton, a defunct Dutch company.
The Rottie is made by Sandicast, bought new in Illinois in 1989.
The little Dutch rabbit is made by a Dutch company called Geharo.
The Polar Bear comes from Germany. All that is on his label is "Handarbeit Telefon: 07461/77652" Not made any time in the recent past!
The next Rottie has a pup between her front paws (hard to see) and is made of a cement mixture. No maker marks.

And last but not least, my little metal bird perched on top of a green glass ball. Supposed to be something for the garden but, well....

Thank you for the help identifying the dolls I posted on the weekend. Much appreciated and I was able to google the international costume dolls and find info.
