I am trying to qualify this piece. Bottom has no markings but may a remnant of a sticker.(round oval mark) It is of a fine porcelain as it has that feel and is well made. It is very smooth to the touch and the paint is clear and vivid........Any help discovering out who this may be and where he may have been made......Thank you

Thank you OGF and Mr V.......Vetraio, at one point you helped me identify an elephant which turned out to be Metzger and Orloff. Thank you again for that one....This is very similar in the quality and the feel of the piece........Any thoughts here on this one?

This isn't Wedgewood/Beatrix Potter. The Beatrix Potter ceramic creatures are made by Beswick and are always backstamped.

This is a generic version. The facial features of Beatrix Potter mice don't look like this one. I see many of these figurines at the local flea markets and in second hand shops. Most likely out of China or Japan.
