I have a john deere sign from a dealership that has the 1956 style logo on it. The sign is yellow with a green deer, green trim and the words "JOHN DEERE" in green under the deer. the sign is metal with a wood frame on the back. sign measurements are 59"x42". Sign is in overall good condition but does have rust on the bottom of the sign where it sat in a barn for years. the wood frame on the back is also not in very good condition. The metal sign is held to the wood frame with nails. The sign does appear to be in all original condition. I found 5 of these signs while cleaning out an old barn on our property. I also found two other large signs from a JOHN DEERE dealership my family owned. From my understanding these signs were possibly signs that were outside the dealership. I can not find a sign anywhere that looks like these to compare them. Any info someone might have about this sign and its value would be greatly appreciated. thanks in advance

I'm not exactly sure what I want to do yet. I might sell all of them or I might keep a few for myself. I really don't know how much they are worth so before I would consider selling them I have got to get some idea of what they are worth. I was hoping that someone on here my be able to out some kind of value on them or lead me in the right direction because I don't even know where to start. The two signs I have that are different than the one I have the picture of are probably about ten feet long and are green and yellow. The paint is split horizontally (half green half yellow) with the words GRIFFITH MOTOR COMPANY and the underneath that QUALITY FARM EQUIPMENT
Maybe 500-750 each ?
i really want to get someone to apraise them before i make a decision on how much to sell them for and how many to sell. I listed one on ebay and set my reserve to a price i know i would be comfortable selling them for and if doesnt reach my reserve at least i will have an ide of what people are willing to pay
