    Hi there:

Here is another one of my Canadian Art Glass in an Olive color. Makes a statement. About 18 inches long, and 9 inches wide at the widest point. Solid weight. Unmarked. Popular in homes around the 1960's and the 1970's. Chalet Art Glass makers immigrated to Canada from Murano, Italy in those early years.

Thanks for LOOKING / LOVING !!

    ~ Rose !

As you know Rosie, the thing I love most about your Chalet glass is those fantastic forms! At this point I think I could spot one anywhere! A BEAUTY!

Very nice rose. I have a quick question. Is the face in the 1st picture that I think I'm seeing a reflection or do I need to find a shrink?
It looks like an alien martian conehead in there. ;)

Gorgeous, wish I could find a nice one for my coffee table about 30 inches and a blue color, I guess with these you know you found your piece when you first see it. This one is gorgeous !

So I found this but I'm not on pintrest. It's hidden art. Makes the piece more interesting if you take the time to click on the first pic.

Wow...these Chalet pieces always look like they're ready to take off down a runway !
How did your last couple posts slip under my radar...don't know why but it seems to happen every so often.

Awe Katherine, thank you for indulging me. I was pretty sure your would be a good sport. TY,TY,TY!!
First thing is open up the first picture. Stick your tongue out at me, then raise your right hand and left foot.
Look at where the first arm on the left begins to bend..then to the right of that.
Haha, it has to be a trick of the light, but I took a pic of it and showed it to a co-worker. He said he sees a clown face and that is probably a better description. He said " Oh man that a clown, ugh there are the teeth ewe and nose" LOL My links didn't work out either, whomp, whomp. whomp. I still love it!! And you're still awesome!!
