This is a watercolor by Henry Marcus Moran (1877-1960) . Born in Arkansas in August 1876. Moran was a resident of Pasadena in 1900, Alameda in 1906-10 and Brooklyn, NY in 1930. He also lived in Pennsylvania. Found at a local shop. Beautiful with a crease near the signature. I cannot find much info on line but it appears that he painted abstracts as well as portraits.
