A site said that this is "Germania," Germany's version of America's Lady Liberty (basically,) modeled by Anna Fuehring. Circa 1900 to 1919? (This one might be postmarked 1916?)
    80 pfennig.

Well, postmarked (with maybe Berlin NW?) was an understatement. They killed this one, but it's still an example. I assume the AEG punctured into it is part of something more that took out another stamp or part of the parcel.

This German stamp was first printed in 1902 . The Michel Catalog
      number is 77 see : https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Michel_catalog
The "AEG" is known in the stamp world as a "Perfin" . Many companies
perfined their stamps for various reasons . For a definition of the AEG
company in Germany see : https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/AEG
For the record , a stamp in this condition is worth very little due to the
missing perforations on the right side and the cutoff corner , left top .

That's great information, dixinlaval. If you care to take a look around the home page, someone just posted an Apollo XI envelope with stamp, unopened invitation, I'd be curious to know what you think. :)

      Wow, thank you so much!
I knew it'd be worthless (I commented to a friend that they over-did it in canceling the stamp,) but I liked it (It was with a mixed lot) and took pics.
The corner is not cut off, but bent back.
