I have other glass by Marti Glass (Fukuoka) with some similarities to this giant but this works the best I think.
It has this beautiful bubbled blue changing to green as it mixes with yellow and then the mix with orange.
For me it is a perfect example of mid century hand made Japanese glass.
This was made as part of a series, incorporates colour combinations rarely seen elsewhere, and is wonderfully hot worked.
It's also very big at 42cm (16.5in).
