I bought this one engraved bangle with safety chain for the cost of the silver scrap metal value. It looked completely back and, as you can see, it needs some more cleaning. The bangle is marked with "925" and has another small mark but it is too small for me to read it. I guess this bangle might date back to the 1960’s or 70’s – but this is just a guess.

    Thanks for looking:)

Wear all of those beautiful bangles together and you'll go "clang clang" all the way down the street...lol!

Ha Ha, I have done that! Well, not all of them but some. My husband always knows where I am because of the sound!

Hehe, collecting disease, it seems you can't have enough... love them and the cling clang part too :-)

AH, you are sneaky, Mary! Just kidding! Thanks for the tip!

Kyratango, you are so correct! I didn't "need" another one, but I got it anyway. It was a great deal, I liked it, and maybe one of my daughters will like it too. I have passed on a lot of pieces to my girls. They don't have the collecting disease but appreciate an interesting piece like I do. Also, I have started to separate pieces I wear and want to keep from pieces I hope to sell one day in the future:)
My husband, however, says that this is just wishful thinking.

I think you're right with the sixties.

50s 60s now most of them sold at scrap value, shame really.
